Purchase a $10 wristband at Wally’s or Ten 10 Brewing (between 7:30pm and 11pm) to take advantage of specials at 18 bars and restaurants! O-Cartz will be available to transport you, if needed (included with your wristband).

Virginia Drive Live returns!

Mills 50 & Ivanhoe Village are teaming up for Virginia Drive Live on Saturday, September 11 from 5pm until 9pm. Purchase a wristband for $5 at either Ten 10 Brewing or the Yard at Ivanhoe to enjoy specials at your favorite businesses, bars & restaurants! Vendors and food trucks will be placed along Virginia Drive from Mills to Alden Road! Please mask up and practice social distancing!

You’re invited to “The Almost Fall Fest!”

We’re going to celebrate the change of the season at our inaugural “It’s Almost Fall Fest” presented by OUC, The Reliable One! Beer will be provided by Ten 10 Brewing and cocktails* served by The Guesthouse. (*You may purchase drink tickets redeemable for Tito’s cocktails at the Mills 50 tent.) Check out local vendors selling art, pottery, stained glass, jewelry, leather and more! Enjoy tarot card readings and get a henna tattoo! Live music from Cat Ridgeway & The Tourists, The Midnight Ramblers and Texas Outlaw Jerry J!, This is a free, family friendly, dog friendly, community event, happening in front of Quantum Leap Winery! The winery will be open so you can enjoy a glass or two of wine or cider!

Bring your pups and enjoy the fun on Sunday, April 18 from 1pm until 4pm at our Dog Day Afternoon Pup Crawl! Purchase a wristband for $5 at Ten 10 Brewing and get specials at ten (10) participating bars and restaurants including GB’s Bottle Shop, Grape & The Grain, Ivanhoe Park Brewing, Nora’s Sugar Shack, Pig Floyd’s Urban Barbakoa, Ten 10 Brewing, The Guesthouse, The Twisted Handle, Thirsty Topher and Wally’s! All pups receive a complimentary bandana and treats! 100% of the wristband sales will be donated to Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando!

Mills 50 gets its own beer!

Join Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer as he “unmasks” the new Mills 50 beer on Wednesday, April 7 at Ten 10 Brewing’s “B Side”! The “unmasking” is at 6pm but the party continues until 8pm! Enjoy music and beer samples! Limited quantities of commemorative beer glasses and t-shirts will be available for sale. Take home some Mills 50 beer! A portion of the sales will be donated to Mills 50 for future beautification projects!

It’s time for Love Fest!

Love Fest celebrates the love of the arts, music, food & drink!

The fifth annual Love Fest will be held on Sunday, March 7 from 1pm until 5pm in front of Quantum Leap Winery! Artists and vendors will be on hand selling vintage clothing, leather goods, coffee, jewelry, plants and much more. Enjoy beer from Ten 10 Brewing, cocktails from The Guesthouse and tastings from Iron Smoke Distillery. Beemo, St. Johns Rising and Texas Outlaw Jerry J will be providing live entertainment! This is a free community event! Proceeds from beer and cocktail sales benefit Mills 50.

Our goal with this tour is to showcase five (5) special backyards located in the residential community that surrounds our business district – and do so in a safe way!  Behind the gates of these Colonialtown North homes you will find inspiring spaces with privacy walls, stone and rock paver pathways, tropical lush landscaping, custom pools, and patios with space to stay a while and lounge while enjoying wine from Quantum Leap Winery, beer from Ten 10 Brewing Company and appetizers from Bites & Bubbles, Black Rooster Taqueria and Pop Thai.

Tours begin at Colonialtown Neighborhood Center, 1517 Lake Highland Drive. Masks are required for all attendees and social distancing guidelines will be observed.
