District 4 City Commissioner Patty Sheehan presents the “Bad Kitty” Art Show at The Peacock Room, beginning Monday, June 17. The exhibit features original paintings by Commissioner Sheehan! Picturing Main Street is an exhibit containing the original works of artists living and working in Orlando’s eight Main Street Districts. Artists were asked to create a piece which depicts “their” district! Mills 50 is represented by artists Amy Barnickel, Emily Gallagher, Diane Martens, Bethany Myers and Jennifer Payne. Picturing Main Street opens on Thursday, May 16 with a reception from 6pm until 10pm at CityArts Factory, 29 S. Orange. Admission is free. The exhibit continues through Friday, June 14.
