Drive with a Purpose!

You are invited to the kick-off of the 2012 Ford Focus Drive with a Purpose Tour benefiting the Parramore Kidz Zone. Ford is hosting a separate tour in each of 4 regions this summer where it will partner with a different charity in each of the greater metro areas of Atlanta, Charlotte, Miami, and Orlando. The Parramore Kidz Zone has been selected as the designated Orlando charity. Each city will host 16 event days filled with music, fun and free test drives from product experts. Mayor Dyer will host a “Kickoff” event at the Rusty Spoon, 55 W. Church Street in Downtown Orlando on Friday, June 10 from 4 – 7 p.m. For every unique test drive at these events a $2 donation will go toward the Parramore Kidz Zone. The charity in the metro area with a combined overall score of the highest attendance and most test drives at the Ford-sponsored tour events will receive $25,000. The second highest scoring area’s charity will receive a $12,500 donation, and third and fourth highest scoring regions will receive $7,000 each.

In case you are unable to attend the kick-off on Friday, below is a list of the tour schedule:

Saturday, June 11th – Old School Block Party featuring Bell Biv DeVoe at City Hall – 400 S. Orange Ave. – 4-10 p.m.
