ORGANIZATION is the building of consensus and cooperation between groups that play a role in the Mills 50® district.  The primary committee responsibilities are membership and fundraising.

Jeff Dry – Chair

PROMOTION involves marketing the district’s unique characteristics to residents, shoppers, investors, new businesses, tourists and others.  Primary committee responsibilities are special and retail events & image development.

Tina Skraban – Chair

DESIGN involves improving the district’s image by improving its physical appearance. The focus of the committee is on street banners, bike racks, streetscape projects and building facades.

Jeff Thompson – Chair

ECONOMIC VITALITY is about strengthening and diversifying the existing economic base of the district.  Primary committee responsibilities are business retention, expansion and recruitment.
